We are known for our ability to capture your Love Story in a detailed, natural and fun fashion. We interact with your guests and family with respect, sensitivity and good humor. Your day should be as effortless and stress-free as possible. Creating a plan together and trusting in our ability to listen, will help to assure that this happens.
Wedding Coverage & Rates
Whether you are planning a backyard barbeque or a ballroom blitz, this is your big day and your photography is arguably one of the most valuable investments you can make. We also realize you are making countless decisions when planning a wedding. That said, we would like to help make your photography choice as simple as possible yet include all the details your heart desires.
Our base package includes 4 hours of coverage plus all of your finished images on a disc with copyrights for your personal use. Because it is fun to have something to touch and tell, you will also receive a bound proofbook of your images. Naturally you will be excited to share your story with friends & family in faraway places so you will all have access to an online gallery where you can view and order custom prints and products. Please accept our offering of a complimentary engagement portrait session. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another, discuss plans and have some fun images to share from your “wedding journey”.
Your investment starts at: $2,100
If your wedding plans include a guest list over 125 people OR you have more than 3 bridesmaids/3 groomsmen, then you will want to invest in an additional professional photographer to enhance the full coverage you will appreciate.
Additional Professional Photographer: $450
We will be available for you as long as you wish and are prepared to capture the excitement of stepping into your gown to blowing your final kiss to the guests as you drive off into the night. Share with us your plans so we can best guide you into creating an appropriate and successful time line for your day.
Additional Hourly Coverage: $250/hour
A non-refundable Reservation Fee of $750 is required to secure your date with the balance due at least three weeks prior to the wedding day. A Travel Fee will apply to locations beyond a 20 mile radius of Ely, MN. For example, Virginia-Biwabik/ $85. Duluth-North Shore-Grand Rapids/ $125. Twin Cities/ $250. If you are planning a Destination Wedding (out-of-state/abroad) or a multi-day celebration, please call for a consulation and quote.
