Pet Portrait Session Options

Start with a Portrait Consultation
The portrait consultation is a time for us to sit down together and plan your portrait session. At this session you will:
- Start with a tour of the gallery, projection room and studio.
- Share your ideas, dreams and hopes for your session.
- Explore samples of our artistic products for displaying your images.
- Confirm the time and date of your Portrait Session.
Choose the Pet Collection that is right for you.

For Every Pet Portrait Session
- Deborah Sussex Photography donates $10 from every collection you purchase to your choice of shelters: Contented Critters or the Mesabi Humane Society.
- All collections include a studio session during normal business hours.
- LOCATION PORTRAITS are also available.
- If you desire to have your family or children photographed with your pet, ask about our family portrait sessions.
What to bring to your pet’s Portrait Session:
- a small selection of their favorite toys and treats.
- If your pet is more comfortable with their kennel/carrier available, please bring it.
Tips for a great Portrait Session:
- Plan for up to one hour for your session.
- Park in the parking space behind the gallery, in front of the studio.
- Walk your pet outside the studio, so they can relieve themselves before coming into the studio.
- Relax. We’ll take the time needed to get your pet acclimated to the studio environment. Your pet will respond to your calm presence.
