Cypress
$65.00 (Price may change with options you choose)
Montalcino, Italy. Think of Tuscany and you think of roads lined with cypress trees. These roads are found mostly in central Tuscany, in the Montepulciano - Pienza - Montalcino belt south of Siena. This area is in the middle of the Crete Senese (pronounced KREH-teh seh-NEH-seh), an area of wide open fields interspersed with the Crete clay cliffs. The farmhouses and their cypress lined roads stand out against the plain backdrop of the open fields. Geographically this area is very different from Chianti to the north. Some areas are lush and wooded or full of olives and vines, like Chianti. Other areas are wide open with very few trees. It is a stunningly beautiful area. Learn More
Easter Holiday in Bergen Norway
$65.00 (Price may change with options you choose)
My great grandmother was born in Bergen, Norway and I enjoyed visiting this lovely sea-side city on Norway's west coast. The Norwegians are fanatical about skiing of course, but even when there is no snow! There is, however, a "rest of the story". Bergen, Norway Learn More
Kissing by the Gates of Paradise
$65.00 (Price may change with options you choose)
Florence, Italy. Because of the crowds, you typically do not have this kind of elbow room, let alone intimacy, when you visit Ghiberti’s famous gilded doors of the Baptistry. Thanks to a horrendous wind and rain storm, the Piazza di San Giovanni was virtually vacant and yet strewn with inverted, abandoned umbrellas. Learn More

Sunsets in the rolling hills of Tuscany (Montealcine, Italy) are moments never to be forgotten. The cultivated landscape of vineyards and olive groves separated by strips of Cypress form a dreamy mosaic. Learn More

Blessings Notre Dame
$55.00 (Price may change with options you choose)
I had waited for years to see this stunning cathedral. Notre Dame de Paris ('Our Lady of Paris' in French) is a Gothic cathedral. It was restored and saved from destruction by Viollet-le-Duc, one of France's most famous architects. Its sculptures and stained glass show the heavy influence of naturalism, unlike that of earlier Romanesque architecture.
The cathedral suffered desecration during the radical phase of the French Revolution in the 1790s, when much of its religious imagery was damaged or destroyed. During the 19th century, an extensive restoration project was completed, returning the cathedral to its previous state. Learn More
